The questions we hear most from homeowners, property managers, and contractors across Sonoma County and the Bay Area.
Most small residential repairs — a doorknob hole, a ceiling stain, a patch or two — are finished in one day once we are on site. Larger jobs are scheduled by scope. Our name is about how fast the repair itself goes, not how soon we can get to you: we book by availability and give you a firm date up front rather than a promise we cannot keep. Urgent water damage and tenant-turn work get priority.
Yes — texture matching is the single most important part of a great drywall repair. We match knockdown, orange peel, smooth, skip trowel, popcorn, and custom textures. Done right, you cannot tell the repair was there once it's painted.
Yes. We cut out damaged drywall, apply stain-blocking primer, install new drywall, tape and texture, and leave it paint-ready. If there's active moisture (ongoing leak), we'll flag it so the source can be addressed first — otherwise you'll see the stain come right back.
Residential repairs vary widely based on size and complexity. A single hole patch, a ceiling water stain, and a full-room install are three very different jobs. We quote firm prices before starting — no day-of surprises. Send a photo for the fastest quote.
We leave the repair paint-ready. Painting is typically handled by you or your painter — we coordinate with painters on a lot of our jobs. Ask us if you'd like a paint referral in your area.
Yes — we scrape, skim-coat, and finish your ceiling smooth. In homes built before 1980, popcorn texture may contain asbestos, so we test first and handle carefully if needed.
Extensively. We handle tenant turns across Sonoma, Marin, and the Bay Area with reliable scheduling and consistent quality. Set up a standing account for priority booking and predictable pricing — see our PM page.
Yes — hang, tape, texture, punch-out, and texture match. Scalable crews for jobs of any size, with net terms for active trade accounts. Details here.
Yes. One thing worth knowing: we repair plaster using drywall compound rather than traditional plaster. We match the surrounding surface so it looks like plaster once it is textured and painted — but the material we use is drywall mud. It bonds hard and holds up, and most people cannot tell the difference.
We hold California contractor licence CSLB #775946 and have been in business since 1998. A current certificate of insurance is available on request.
